Day 1
In the morning departure from Rome to Grottaferrata, where we will visit the wonderful Abbey of St. Nile founded in 1004 by a group of greek monks.
Lunch in a typical restaurant.
Immediately after lunch departure for Cave, arrival at the B&B where we are welcomed by Giovanna and accommodation.
In the afternoon we will reach Piglio for a visit to a very suggestive wine cellar where various wines are produced, including the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG, followed by a tasting accompanied by typical local products.
Overnight in B&B.
Day 2
After breakfast we will reach Paliano here in a characteristic countryhouse we will experience the "making cheese", a true shepherd of the Roman countryside will show you all the procedures to turn good sheep's milk into a delicious ricotta or a small form of "cheese". Then it will be your turn. You will have to boil the milk, turn it, make it thicken, extract the soft dough from the pot, process it and turn it into cheese.
Lunch in a typical farmhouse.
The afternoon instead will be full of relax at Valmontone Outlet, where you can buy the best italian brands at discounted prices.
Free dinner inside the park and overnight in B&B.
Day 3
The meeting point will be at your hotel at 08.30 AM
