In the afternoon visit to one of the best winery of the roman countryside followed by wine tasting, you will taste our best wines DOCG accompanied by bread and oil, local dry sausages and parmesan.
After this wine tasting transfer to the country chic farmhouse La Polledrara for a cooking class with two star chefs, cooking show and dinner.
Return to Palazzo della Fonte and overnight.
After breakfast transfer to Serrone for a beatiful Sky Experience, you will run into a spectacular paragliding flyght with your instructor to enjoy a fantastic view!
Light lunch at La Polledrara with court roles extraction.
In the afternoon transfer to Colonna Palace in Paliano, visit of the palace and wine tasting of the famous Cesanese wine.
From now you will go back into the Renaissance period!
You will have a wardrobe where you can choose your renaissance dress, hairdressers will be available for ladies who will choose instead theirs renaissance hairstyle.
And so....... in this magical historic period your renaissance dinner will begin, with selectioned dishes from important lunches of that period accompanied by music!
Return to Palazzo della Fonte and overnight.

Arrive in Rome and guided tour.
The tour begin with a walk trough the centre of Rome, passing Via dei Fori Imperiali, Venice Square and Via del Corso, to get to the spectacular Trevi Fountain, one of the most renowned monuments in the world. A stroll through picturesque lanes brings you to the famous Spanish Steps, with its Fontana della Barcaccia, sculpted by Pietro and Gian Lorenzo Bernini, in the early 1600s, at the bottom of the steps leading up to the church of Trinità dei Monti. Following the exclusive Via Condotti, you will reach Piazza Colonna and continue on to Piazza della Rotonda, where you will see one of the most fascinating constructions of Ancient Rome: the Pantheon and the marble fountain projected by Giacomo della Porta in 1575. But the tour doesn't end there! Crossing Piazza Sant'Eustachio, you will arrive at Navona Square, built on the ruins of the Emperor Domitian's sports stadium. Around the square, you will see: Palazzo Pamphilj, the Church of Saint Agnes in Agony, designed by Francesco Borromini, and the“Four Rivers” fountain, created by Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
Lunch in a very exclusive location........Palazzo Ruspoli where the Dutch Queen lived together with her son, the young Napoleon III, emperor of the Second French Empire and grandson of Napoleon Bonapart I.
