Day 1

Arrival in Rome and transfer to the hotel.
In the afternoon, meeting with the guide to start our pleasant walk to discover the true "essence" of this city. The central area of Rome, characterized by three large streets: Via del Corso, Via di Ripetta and Via del Babuino , which is called the "Tridente".
We begin our visit from Piazza del Popolo where we find the Egyptian Obelisk brought to Rome by Augustus. From here continue towards S. Maria del Popolo, inside which works by Caravaggio, Annibale Carrocci and Pinturicchio are preserved, then take Via di Ripetta up to Piazza Augusto Imperatore. Leaving Piazza del Popolo we will enter this typical street of the center, where we can take a break from the chaos of the city. History rises in the peace of Via di Ripetta, adjacent to Piazza Augusto Imperatore we find the Ara Pacis in a building designed by the architect Richard Meyer. The third via del Tridente can only be Via del Corso, completely opposite to Via di Ripetta: here politics and economics overlap.
From Palazzo Montecitorio, seat of the Chamber of Deputies, and Palazzo Chigi, the official residence of the Prime Minister, we cross the shopping street, famous all over the world for its luxury shops. But Rome is also synonymous of culture, right here in fact we can find a special place frequented in the past by artists and writers, the Caffè Greco.
From Piazza del Popolo, Via di Ripetta, Via del Corso, we connect to Piazza di Spagna where shopping and modernity give way to the baroque art of the Barcaccia Fountain and to the imposing staircase dominated by the Church of Trinità dei Monti.
