After breakfast, we will begin our tour of the "Ancient Rome” with the Colosseum, dating back to the year 80 AD. and known as the Flavian Amphitheater, the true symbol of the Roman Empire. After admiring the Colosseum, continue to the ruins of the Roman Forum, considered an important place of trade and exchange, located between the Palatine, the Capitol and the Esquiline.
In Piazza del Campidoglio, you can admire a masterpiece by Michelangelo standing between the Capitoline Museums and the Palazzo del Comune: the statue of Marcus Aurelius.
Going down the hill we will reach a very picturesque part of old Rome, the Circus Maximus, the largest sports facility of antiquity, which once hosted the exciting chariot races.
After a short climb, you enter the romantic Orange Garden, surrounded by the medieval walls and the ruins of the Rocca Savelli. Starting from this corner of paradise you can enjoy one of the most extraordinary views of the Eternal City, from the banks of the Tiber to St. Peter's Basilica.
The last stop will be that of the famous keyhole on the Aventine, from where it will be possible to have a special look at St. Peter’s dome.

In the afternoon, stroll through the shopping streets, via del Corso, via di Ripetta and via del Babuino . We will arrive to Piazza del Popolo , dominated by the Egyptian Obelisk, brought to Rome by Augustus, and by Santa Maria del Popolo, which houses splendid works by Caravaggio, Annibale Carracci and Pinturicchio. We will then continue towards via di Ripetta up to Piazza Augusto Imperatore, where the guide will illustrate the history of the Mausoleum of Augustus and the Ara Pacis, until we arrive at Palazzo di Montecitorio, seat of the Chamber of Deputies, and Palazzo Chigi, official residence of the First Minister.
From here, we will reach via dei Condotti , the world renowned shopping street and Piazza di Spagna, the symbol of the Roman baroque with the famous "Barcaccia" and its famous staircase that lead to the church of Trinità dei Monti , from which you can enjoy one of the most fascinating views of the city.

After breakfast, departure to Castel Gandolfo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy located in an area called Castelli Romani. Its fame is linked to the presence of the summer residence of the Popes, we will then visit the Papal Palace , built in 1628 under Pope Urban VIII and the Pontifical Gardens.

In the afternoon we continue towards Segni, a village nestled between the Lepini Mountains, where our hotel is located.
In the late afternoon we move to Olevano Romano, in a winery producing the famous Cesanese wine for a wine tasting, accompanied by local products such as: bruschetta, ventricina olevanese, genazzano cheese, fried with seasonal vegetables and many other delicacies.

After breakfast, a guided tour of the Fumone Castle awaits us, with its ancient and mysterious origins. At the beginning it was the prison of Celestino V as well as the place of his death. But this castle was also the site of numerous intrigues and it’s said of the existence of at least 18 ghosts in the manor.
However, there is also a positive record: Fumone Castle hosts an extraordinary hanging garden which is located 800 meters above sea level, the highest in Europe, also known as the " Terrace of Ciociaria ".

In the afternoon we continue towards Paliano, where in a farmhouse owned by the Colonna family, set in a suggestive landscape, we will begin our Cooking Class, during which our cook will reveal all the secrets of italian homemade pasta.
