You will begin by shopping in historic farms and shops, where you will buy the ingredients for the Cooking Class.
All together, accompanied by an experienced local tour leader, you will pass through one of the oldest villages of the Roman countryside, you will enter the shops with your own shopping bag and, under the advice of the chef, you will buy the necessary products.
Bread, flour, cheese, meat, eggs, vegetables and everything you need, exclusively bio.
In addition to the shops, you will be able to go to farms where you can buy fresh products, as well as top quality cheeses.
When the shopping bag is full of necessary, you will take the bus which will lead you directly to the farm to begin the cooking class.
