The\u00a0Roman Countryside<\/strong>\u00a0is generous with fruit from which it is usage to obtain delicious artisanal\u00a0jams<\/strong>. Today there is the opportunity to witness the production process of\u00a0jam<\/strong>\u00a0and then proceed to a\u00a0tasting in conjunction with other local products<\/strong>, especially good bread cooked in wood and delicious cheeses.
\n<\/p>\n

What we want to tell you, is a special experience: a\u00a0tasting of jams<\/strong>\u00a0made from the genuine fruits of the\u00a0Roman\u00a0Countryside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Everything takes place in one of the countries southeast of\u00a0Rome<\/strong>, inside the “orchard<\/strong>” of a farm specialized in the production of this typical product.<\/p>\n

This farm produces jams, marmalades, fruit juices and\u00a0100% natural\u00a0<\/strong>vegetable creams. The products used come from crops grown in their own land, harvested from spontaneous crops or from other small productions of neighboring farms.<\/p>\n

Production and tasting of jams<\/h2>\n

Once arrived at the farm, the tour is organized through a\u00a0path of welcoming<\/strong>\u00a0guests with an explanation of the particular\u00a0production process of vacuum cooking<\/strong>\u00a0at low temperatures.<\/p>\n

Then we proceed with a\u00a0tasting of jams<\/strong>\u00a0in combination with bread and \/ or cheese according to a finely processed association. The time of the visit to the farm and the tasting varies according to the number of participants: 40 minutes for up to 10 people and 50-50 minutes for larger groups.<\/p>\n
