Breakfast and departure to Caserta, where our guide awaits us to discover the history of the Royal Palace and its Gardens.
Commissioned in the eighteenth century by Charles of Bourbon, king of Naples and Sicily, based on a project by Luigi Vanvitelli, it was built to withstand the comparison with that of Versailles, completed in 1845 and considered the last of the greatest examples of Italian Baroque, today the largest royal residence in the world by volume.

After breakfast departure for Herculaneum.
Guided tour of the archaeological excavations that have returned the remains of the ancient city of Herculaneum, buried under a blanket of ashes, lapilli and mud during the eruption of Vesuvius in '79, together with Pompeii.
Lunch in one of the first archeo-experiential restaurants in Pompeii which recalls an ancient Caupona from the time of Caesar.
In the afternoon guided tour through the most famous archaeological park in the world, to discover the private residences, spas and thermopolies and the typical “Pompeian red” frescoes.

After breakfast, we begin our guided tour through the most typical districts of Naples.
Starting from Corso Umberto up to Piazza del Plebiscito, the heart of the city with its superb facades, the Umberto I Gallery, the San Carlo theater and the Posillipo hill with its view over the city and the Gulf.
