Arrive in Rome and transfer to a typical farmhouse in Paliano.
Allocation of rooms and transfer to Zagarolo for a visit of a very special winery with a 20 meters root wine cellar dug out of tuff, followed by wine tasting and lunch.
In the afternoon transfer to Palestrina and guided tour of the National Archaeological Museum, where you will se the stunning Nile Mosaic.
In the evening you will eat the typical "polenta" at your farmhouse.
Overnight.
After breakfast transfer to Roccamassima for the Flying in the Sky, the longest flight in the world!
You will experience the adrenaline of a steel cable along 2225 meters safely at the speed of over 150 km/h enjoying a breathtaking view.
Packed Lunch.
In the afternoon transfer to Anagni, visit of the old town with the Cathedral of St. Mary of which you can admire the beautiful mosaic floor made in the thirteenth century by the famous family of Cosmati anf the crypt dedicated to St. Magno, patron of the city, which is one of the most beautiful and important crypts of Europe, as to beknown as the "Sistine Chapel of Middle Ages" and Bonifacio Palace.
Dinner at a typical farmhouse in Olevano Romano.
After breakfast we will do the fantastic experience of “Cheese Making”, where a real shepherd will teach you how to prepare the typical cheese of the roman countryside.
Lunch.
In the afternoon you will come back to your farmhouse ready to begin your countryside cooking class, but first you will go to the local markets to buy all the ingredients you need!
Dinner and overnight.
